3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, August 26, 2015.

 

4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

Mike Shelton dba Shelton Family Bail Bonding, for the lease of approximately 114 sq. ft., 2nd floor, Suite No. 208A for the sum of $106.02 per month, commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016. (Document Received)

 

5.         Discussion and possible action to approve Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma County Sheriff s office, and the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority for the provision of one uniformed Deputy to be assigned to Metro I and II parking garages. The assigned Deputy will work on-site at Metro I and Metro II parking garages, buildings and grounds, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. of operation. Reimbursement of salary and benefits for the Deputy s services will be billed monthly by invoice at the end of each pay period. This agreement shall be effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. Requisition No. 11602086 has been issued to Oklahoma County Sheriff s Department in the amount of $58,653.40, from Public Buildings Authority Trust/Metro Parking Garage/Professional Services-Other, (7030/3300/54455), contingent upon encumbrance of funds. 6.         Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. ___________ for the following Change Order No. 03 to Oklahoma County Project ICB-2014-1, Investor's Capital Building ADA Water Closet Upgrades, for an additional 30 days to the contract. There is no cost associated with this Change Order. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. 7.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Metro Parking Garage. (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 6144 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Rajkumar Sundharam.

Contract No. 5130 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Darrin T. Husmann.

Contract No. 6143 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Chad Taylor.

Contract No. 1812 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Matthew Matos-Rushing.

Contract No. 6146 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Amanda Johnson.

Contract No. 5652 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Marci Cary.

Contract No. 1794 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for James Gripka.

Contract No. 1814 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Braden Wilson.
